How to find files uploaded by customers?

1、Opening the app and navigating to the [File Library] page

2、View Uploaded Files

On this page, you will see all files that have been uploaded by customers through the Shopaw App.

For each file, the Associated Order will be displayed. Click on an order to view more detailed information, including any images uploaded by the customer. If multiple images were uploaded, they will all be visible here.

3、Download Files

You can download individual files directly from the file list.

For multiple files, you can select them and use the Batch Download option to save time.

⚠️ Important: File Storage Limitations

Please note that there are time and capacity restrictions for storing files in the cloud. These limitations vary based on your subscription plan

Take the free plan as an example: Uploaded files are stored for a maximum of 30 days in the cloud. The total storage capacity is limited to 50GB.

If you exceed the storage time or capacity limits, older files will be automatically overwritten by newer uploads.

We recommend selecting a plan that meets your storage needs to ensure important files are not lost.
