How to use Order Timeline?

1、From Product > Option list, click “Add Option” button, choose “Order Timeline”

2、Set option name (can be hidden)

3、Set “Start Time”：Today or Future

This time represents the order placement time by the customer, usually defaulted to the same day. If your product requires pre-order, set a future time.

4、Set order handling time

This time represents the time required for the seller to process the order. You can set a fixed time or a time range.

Based on the start time, the customer can see the estimated order processing completion date.

5、Set shipping time

This time represents the shipping time required for the order. You can set a fixed time or a time range.

Based on the start time, the customer can see the estimated delivery date.

6、Modify appearance style

You can change the icon color, background color, and font color.

⚠️ If the icon is uploaded by you, modifying the icon color is currently not supported.

7、Set Notes (can be hidden)

If you need to explain why order processing time or shipping time is required, you can add a note here. This note can be hidden if desired.
