Can I cancel, upgrade, or downgrade my subscription?

Yes, you can change your subscription plan at any time, and the system will automatically adjust the fees accordingly.

Please note: If you cancel your subscription, any unused credits in your account will be cleared after the current billing cycle ends.

Where do I change my subscription plan?

  1. Click [your Shopify store name - credit & subscription] on the right of navigation to enter the management page
  2. Find [My Subscription] and choose to cancel/upgrade/downgrade the subscription plan as needed

Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied with the results?

We recommend using free credits to try out our AI tools first to make sure they meet your needs.

We offer a full refund within 7 days, provided the following conditions are met:

  • You are a first-time subscriber
  • Your subscription has been active for no more than 7 days
  • You have used no more than 10% of your total credits
